There are a variety of tools that may help you keep track of information sources and cite them correctly. Orion College requires that you cite your sources in APA format. You may use the citation tools below. Always recheck your citations in the APA manual to make sure you are citing correctly.


Purdue OWL APA Style Workshop
Purdue University hosts an Online Writing Lab. This workshop provides an overview of APA (American Psychological Association) style ad where to find help with different APA resources. It provides an annotated list of links to all of their APA material and an APA overview. It is an excellent place to start to learn about APA format.

BibMe

BibMe is a free citation generator developed at Carnegie Mellon University that produces citations and bibliographies in APA, MLA, Chicago and Turabian styles. It has some features not found in other free citation generators, such as autofill and the ability to switch between citation styles. One great feature is that if you register, you can save each of your citations to the website and access them whenever you need them.
