If you are having problems accessing angel, try these workarounds:

Be sure you are using a Browser supported by Angel.

Angel Supports:
  1. IE 7 or higher. If you are using IE 8, you may wish to turn on compatibility model
  2. Firefox 3 or higher. Firefox is available from http://www.mozilla.com/. Click the big green button labelled "Download Now - Free".
  3. Google Chrome and Apple Safari are NOT supported

Empty your browser and Java's caches

Empty browser and Java caches:
To clear you JAVA cache, do the following:
  1. Click "Start"
  2. Click "Control Panel"
  3. Double click the "JAVA" Icon
  4. Click the "Settings" button under the "Temporary Internet Files" box
  5. Click the "Delete Files" button and click "OK" to confirm
  6. Click "OK" again to close the JAVA control panel
Clear your browser's cache:
To clear your browser's cache, do one of the following:
Don't know your browser version? Click on the Browser's "Help" menu and "About (browser name)"
If you are using Internet Explorer 7 (IE7), do the following:
      1. Start IE7
      2. Click on "Tools" then "Internet Options"
      3. Click on "Delete" under Browsing History
      4. Click on "Delete All"
      5. Check box for "Also delete files and settings stored by add-ons"
      6. Click "Yes"
If you are using Internet Explorer 8 (IE8), do the following:
      1. Start IE8
      2. Click on "Tools" then "Internet Options"
      3. Click on "Delete" under Browsing History
      4. Place a check in all boxes from "Temporary" to "InPrivate"
      5. Click on "Delete"
If you are using firefox v3.0 or before, do the following:
      1. Start Firefox
      2. Click on "Tools" then "Clear Private Data"
      3. Select all the check boxes
      4. Click "Clear Private Data"
      5. Close and reopen your browser
If you are using firefox v3.5 or later, do the following:
    1. Start Firefox
    2. Click on "Tools" then "Clear Recent History"
    3. Change "Time range to clear" to "Everything"
    4. Click on pulldown arrow beside "Details"
    5. Check all boxes
    6. Click on "Clear Now"
    7. Close and reopen your browser
